Here's what I do for spiritual, mental and physical up keep so I can be my best:
Read the Word and pray daily.
Work on my marriage everyday.
Eat a clean diet. No processed or packaged foods
Get plenty of rest.
Make time for friends.
Get plenty of sunshine, clean water and clean air everyday.
Be thankful everyday.
Keep a thankful journal.
Keep my attractiveness personally.
Keep our home decent and in order.
