What you'll need:
1 head of Romain Lettuce washed and chopped
1 tomato quartered
1 cup of Greek Olives
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 table spoon of red wine vinegar
What to do:
Place the lettuce and tomatoes in a bowl.
Drizzle oil and vinegar over to taste.
Season with salt to taste.
Garnish with olives.
