What you'll need:
5 bone in pork chops brought to room temperature (take out of frig. 30 minutes before cooking)
1 cup gluten free bread crumbs
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
Salt & pepper
What to do:
Mix bread crumbs and poultry seasoning.
Season pork chops with salt & pepper.
Put bread crumb mixture in a gallon zip lock bag.
Add pork chops to bag and coat with bread crumb mixture.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil.
Put pork chops on baking sheet.
Put 1 tablespoon butter on top of each pork chop.
Bake on 450 for 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 145.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
