Here's what you'll need:
5 pieces of Italian sausage
5 potatoes, pealed and sliced
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 pound of mushrooms cleaned
1 onion pealed and sliced
4 tablespoons of lard
Here's what to do:
In a large skillet heat 2 tablespoons of lard on medium high heat.
Add sausage and cook until brown.
In a separate large skillet heat 2 tablespoons of lard.
Sauté potatoes until lightly brown.
Add peppers and and onions and cook until soft.
Add mushrooms and cook until lightly brown.
Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
