What you’ll need: 8 links of Italian sausage cut in peices 1 cup water 1 onion peeled and chopped 1 green pepper seeded, deveined and chopped 1 red pepper seeded, deveined and chopped 2 tablespoons lard or coconut oil What to do: In a large skillet fry peppers in lard until soft, then add onion and fry until translucent. In a medium skillet add water and boil sausage 5 minutes on each side. Drain water. Add lard to the pan of sausages and fry sausage until brown. Add browned sausage to pepper and onions and stir. Fry sausage, onion, and peppers until browned to your liking. Be in health. |
