HubbyHubby loves rib eye steak. He's tried them all and always asks for rib eye.
Here's what you'll need:
1 dry aged, grass fed rib eye
2 tablespoons butter
Here's what to do:
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Let it sit out for a 1/2 hour or so.
Light gas grill on high.
Sear steak for 3 minutes on each side.
Turn off front of grill, and leave steak for 3 more minutes.
When thermometer reads 135 transfer steak to a plate.
Top with butter and tent.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
