I workout at CrossFit Roots 4 days a week and eat a 99% Paleo diet (I give myself one meal a week for cheating; usually date night!).
Recently I've been super hungry. In fact, I'm in the kitchen grazing constantly. So, I talked to my great friends at the 8:30 CrossFit Class. Me: "Have any good snack ideas? I'm constantly hungry and there's NOTHING to eat!" Friends: "You shouldn't be hungry all the time. You must need more fat in your diet. Eat a spoon full of coconut butter before every meal and add more coconut oil and butter to your diet."
