Here's what you'll need:
2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons raw cacao or carob powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup or to taste
2 egg yolks from pastured chickens
pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup milk of your choice
Here's what to do:
Put all the ingredients except for the milk in a Vatamix or high speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add milk to desired consistency.
