Fold it in half long ways.
On the left side list EVERYTHING you love about your husband. Think long and hard. Think about it for days. Keep adding to the list. The more good things you think of your hubby, the more good things you will think of your hubby. Next. Write all the the things you don't like about your husband on the right side. All the little things and all the big things too. Now, cut the paper in half down the middle of the two lists. Throw away or burn the list of things you don't like about your husband. Never think of them again. With the list you've kept, add to it often and refer to it as needed. You may consider looking at the love list when you're upset with you hubby.
