1cup or so Romaine lettuce 1/2 cup leftover cold chicken pieces 1 hard boild egg cut into 8 pieces 1/2 avocodo 1 carrot shredded 5 cucumber slices handful of dried unsweetened cherries Extra virgin olive oil Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar Salt & pepper to taste What to do: Put lettuce in a bowl. Top with the rest of the ingredients. Drizzel with EVOO and vinegar to taste. Serve with salt and pepper to taste. What you'll need:
3 tablespoons lard 3 pound of ground beef 1/4 cup ketchup 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 5 cloves of garlic minced 1 rib of celery chopped 1 green pepper chopped 1 onion diced 3-4 cups of tomatoe sauce What to do: In a large skillet heat lard on medium heat and saute onions and green pepper until soft. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add beef and saute in batches. When all the beef is sauted add the rest of the ingredients. For the coleslaw What you'll need: 1/2 head of cabbage shredded 1 carrot shredded 1/4 cup Paleo Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons vinegar 1/2 teaspoon coconut sugar salt to taste What to do: Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Correct seasoning with salt and vinegar. What you'll need:
3 eggs 2 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano Cheese 1/2 onion diced 1 potato peeled and sliced 3 tablespoon lard salt and pepper to taste What to do: In a large skillet heat lard on medium heat and saute potatoes until fork tender. Add onions and saute until translucent. Season with salt and pepper and place on a dish. In the same pan heat butter. Add eggs and cheese and stir until cooked to your liking.
