Place tomatoes on a rimmed baking sheet. Top with butter, onions, salt, pepper and herbs of your choice. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until lightly charred. Place all the cooked ingredients in a Vita Mix or high speed blender. Leave a space open in the lid for hot steam to release. Blend until smooth. Garnish with chopped parsley. Be in health. |
