What you'll need:
Left over prime rib from previous night sliced thin.
2 bunches of Broccoli Rabe chopped and rinsed in a colander.
4 cloves of garlic pealed and chopped.
3 tablespoons of avocado oil.
What to do:
Heat oil in a large skilled over medium heat.
Cook garlic until fragrant.
Add Broccoli Rabe and 1/4 cup water.
Cover and cook until Broccoli Rabe are tender, not mushy.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and crushed red pepper.
