What you'll need: 4 cups of fresh spinach washed 2 eggs mixed 2 tablespoons butter What to do: In a medium skillet heat butter on medium heat. Saute spinach until wilted. Transfer spinach to a plate. Add eggs to the pan and cook to your liking. Serve with salt and pepper to taste. Be in health. Fast, easy and healthy.
What you'll need: Teton Waters Ranch Thuringer, Frankfurters or any 100% grass-fed beef hotdogs. 4 Russet Potatoes cut in cubes 1 onion peeled and sliced 2 table spoons of lard What to do: Heat the lard in a large skillet on medium heat. Fry the potatoes until golden brown. Add the onions and cook until translucent. Transfer to a serving dish. Add the hot dogs to the frying pan and cook to your liking. 1 ham hock 2 bunches of spinach washed and trimmed 1 10 oz bag of sprouted green lentils 1 onion peeled and diced 3 cloves of garlic peeled and minced 2 table spoons of lard 2 cups of chicken broth What to do: In a large stock pot sauté onions and garlic in lard over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Add ham hock and cover with water. Heat on high to a boil then turn down to simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes then take out the ham hock and take off all the meat. Put the meat back in the soup pot. Add lentils and cook according to package directions. Add spinach. Be in health. |
