HubbyHubby loves chocolate. I made these chocolate almond cupcakes for an after-dinner treat.
Here's what you'll need: 2 large eggs 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 tablespoon almond extract 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup cocoa powder 2-1/2 cups almond flour 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Here's what to do: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners. In a standing mixer, mix all ingredients above. Scoop batter into muffin cups half to three-quarters of the way full. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve with a tall glass of raw milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy and be in health.
